CONSENT & AUTHORIZATION
This Media Release Form (the "Release") is made by and between the individual(s) identified above ("ARTIST") and Alaqua Hound Television Productions LLC ("Alaqua Hound").

Artist hereby consents and authorizes Alaqua Hound to create Media from Artist's music video listed above, which is comprised of video, audio, and still images. Media includes, but is not limited to, video recordings, digital movies, audio recordings, and still images. Media may include, but is not limited to, video recordings, digital movies, audio recordings, still images, broadcast television, and live internet stream.

Artist consents and authorizes Alaqua Hound to use Media for the inclusion in the television show titled “Next Stop: Nashville,” which is to be broadcast over the air, by internet stream, or by cable television by one or more television networks secured by Alaqua Hound. Additionally, the Artist consents and authorizes Alaqua Hound to use Media for the inclusion in other television shows to be developed by Alaqua Hound in the future, which will also be broadcast over the air, by internet stream, or by cable television by one or more television networks secured by Alaqua Hound. The Artist further consents and authorizes Alaqua Hound to use Media in promotional material including, but not limited to, newsletters, flyers, posters, brochures, advertisements, fundraising letters, annual reports, press kits and submissions to journalists, websites, social networking sites, and other print and digital communications, without payment or other consideration. This authorization extends to all languages, media, formats, and markets now known or hereafter devised. This authorization shall continue indefinitely, unless otherwise revoked in writing and signed by Artist and Alaqua Hound.

AUTHORIZATION TO ALTER MEDIA
Artist irrevocably authorizes Alaqua Hound to copy, edit, enhance, crop, or otherwise alter any supplied Media relating to for use in Alaqua Hound television broadcast, internet stream, and publications. Artist also waives any rights for approval or inspection of any Works used in Alaqua Hound's publications.

OWNERSHIP OF SHOWS
Artist understands and agrees that the television shows produced by Alaqua Hound that contain Artist's Media are entirely the property of Alaqua Hound and that the Artist has no claim of ownership or management of them. This does not mean the Artist loses any ownership or control of the original submitted music video, song, lyrics, or music. This only establishes that the show that contains the video is the property of Alaqua Hound.

NON-EXCLUSIVITY
The Artist and Alaqua Hound acknowledge and agree that this is a non-exclusive media agreement. The Artist retains all broadcast rights and ownership of the original Media (video, music, lyrics, etc).

OWNERSHIP OF COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARKS
Artist warrants that Artist owns all rights to the Media provided by Artist to Alaqua Hound, including copyrights and trademarks, and that no other party can legitimately claim rights, residuals, royalties, or commissions to or from the Media. Alaqua Hound makes no warranty or claim concerning the rights or suitability of other elements not provided by Alaqua Hound that are used by the Artist in the creation of Media.

ORIGINAL WORKS
Artist warrants that the music video, song lyrics, and song music are all entirely original works, not derivative works, copies, reproductions, or cover songs of other works.

CONSIDERATION & LICENSE
Artist acknowledges that this Release has been entered into voluntarily and that it constitutes a direct license between the Artist and Alaqua Hound. Artist is not entitled to any compensation or royalties with respect to Alaqua Hound's use of the Media. Artist also releases Alaqua Hound from any royalties, rights, residuals, or other compensation that otherwise might be claimed through a Performing Rights Organization (PRO), which includes, but is not limited to, ASCAP, BMI, and SESAC.

PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES
Artist consents and authorizes Alaqua Hound to use the Media for promotional purposes of the show “Next Stop: Nashville” and other future television show produced by Alaqua Hound that includes the Media. Promotional purposes included but are not limited to placement on the Alaqua Hound and Alaqua Hound's partner websites, use of still images in digital and print media, excerpts of the Media to be posted on Alaqua Hound's website and partner websites, social media, or other websites or digital platforms.

CLAIMS
Artist agrees to release and forever discharge Alaqua Hound and its affiliates, successors and assigns, officers, employees, representatives, partners, agents, and anyone claiming through them, in their individual and/or corporate capacities from any and all claims, liabilities, obligations, promises, agreements, disputes, demands, damages, causes of action of any nature or kind, known or unknown, which the Artist, and anyone claiming on behalf of the Artist, may have or claim to have against Alaqua Hound in connection with this Release.

ADDITIONAL TERMS
This Release shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties and their respective heirs, administrators, personal representatives, executors, successors and assigns. If any provision is held to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. This Release constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any and all prior oral or written agreements or understandings between the parties concerning the subject matter of this Release. This Release may not be altered, amended or modified, except by a written document signed by both parties. The terms of the Release shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Wyoming.

IDEMNIFICATION
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Artist agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Alaqua Hound Television Productions LLC, including its trustees, officers, members, directors, employees, servants and agents, against loss, damages, claims, suits, liabilities, judgments, costs and expenses without limitation, all reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses that may accrue against the indemnified party, including its trustees, officers, members, directors, employees, servants and agents which is approximately caused by the negligence or willful misconduct or any breach of representation arising from conduct, management or performance of any activities by Artist. In the event any such claim is made, and upon notice from Alaqua Hound Television Productions LLC, Artist agrees to reimburse Alaqua Hound Television Productions LLC for the cost of defending such an action or proceeding, using counsel satisfactory to Alaqua Hound Television Productions LLC. This provision shall survive the termination of this agreement.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This document contains the entire agreement and full understanding between Artist and Alaqua Hound. It supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements between the parties. Any modifications to the agreement shall be made in writing and signed by all parties.
